I've been really craving eggnog. I usually buy a small container of it and just drink a little bit at a time, but I've been testing everything with my NIMA gluten tester, so most of the eggnogs I found in the local stores are not gluten free (my guess is that they have barley). I made this recipe, but it came out more like pudding than a drink. I love pudding, so that's fine...but I added more milk and we'll see tomorrow if it's more like a drink. I wonder if the pudding amount was correct because that's a very large pudding package. I made half the amount and it still used the larger pudding box at 1.5 oz. I used the sugar free pudding and Splenda instead of sugar. I just used regular 1% milk. You can probably use almond milk or cream and it would still taste fine.
