I've recently been told that losing weight and getting my diabetes under control is both mandatory and urgent if I want to live, something I'm taking very seriously. The problem is that the dietitians I've seen haven't been capable of telling me anything other than how to count carbs, which I've been doing for years I'm here to ask, what are your favorite sources for recipes that can be worked into a weekly meal plan and that will fit with my goals of dropping the blood sugar and the pounds? My recent trip through Google netted me some good ideas, but I'd like to have as much variety as I can get. I can only eat a salad so many times, you know?
