I am a culinary instructor at a high school in Irving, TX. I have been cooking for years both in the education realm and professionally, but I need some help with this one.
I am looking for a few cookie/muffin recipes that fit under our nutrition guidelines. I am having the hardest time finding anything.The guidelines are as follows Total fat must not exceed 30 percent of calories or 3 grams per 100 calories; saturated fat must not exceed 10 percent of calories or 1 gram per 100 calories; sugar must not exceed 10 grams per ounce.Does anyone have any recipes that work here?
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
