I wanted to experiment with coconut flour so I found the bread recipe in the archives and it is in the oven. I used the leftover "batter" to make a waffle. I ate 1/4th of it with butter and it filled me right up. I should note that I used 3/4 cup of flour as the last person said on the original post and omitted the sweetener completely. I don't care for the taste of stevia. It didn't suck LOL I'm going to make some cream cheese icing "also without sweetener" to top the bread.
Please help.
